Q) Is there Disabled Access ?
A) We do have disabled parking spaces but these need to be
pre-booked before hand to make sure access is available,
Q) Can I bring my dog on a lead ?
A) No Dogs are allowed onto the school grounds due to health and safety issues (oh and you can't bring your hamster in a cage either)
Q) If it rains will the event be cancelled ?
A) Only in Extreme Weather ( If it would become a health and safety issue) will the event be cancelled - so unless an avalance is approaching bring your wellies and be prepared to party.
Q) Could I get a refund if I don't attend ?
A) No refunds will be made. Ticket numbers are limited, the cost is very low, we are offering you the same service as you would receive for a booking at the Royal Albert Hall, (you could always try selling your ticket on e-bay) But seriously, as this is a community event we are sure you would want to help us to cover our costs
Q) Can my children attend the event without an adult ?
A) No, This is a family event and we cannot take responsibility for children or property as our insurance will not allow us to do this, therefore under 14's have to be accompanied by an adult.
Q) What types of music will be played ?
A) Rock, pop, jazz, motown, latin american, big band, classical, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's - you name it - we've got it covered
Q) We do not attend Marden Lodge or Kestrels Children`s Centre can we still attend ?
A) Yes , the event is open to the local community, bring your friends, bring your family, bring the lady over the road who you only ever say good-morning to - just don't bring your pets.
Q) Can I buy tickets on the day ?
A) Possibly, but if we sell out of tickets taking us to maxium capacity onsite at anyone time then you may have to wait until other people leave.
Q) Can I buy tickets in advance ?
A) Yes. We strongly recomend you buy in adavance to avoid disapointment
Q) Will there be toilets on site ?
A) Yes, there will be plenty of toilet facilities, including a breast feeding & nappy changing area
